Trade Gold strives to provide a fair and transparent experience for all our users. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which a registration or service subscription may be cancelled, the duration within which cancellations are accepted, and the process to follow. By registering on our platform, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation of your registration within 24 hours of completing your payment, provided that the service has not yet been activated on your account.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of payment, or after service activation — whichever occurs first — will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Cancellation

A cancellation request will be considered valid under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
• The trading bot service has not yet been activated on your linked account
• The request is made by the registered account holder

Cancellations will not be accepted if the service has already been activated, if the 24-hour window has passed, or if the request is made on behalf of a third party.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To submit a cancellation request, please email us at contact@tradegold.biz within the eligible window. Your email must include the following details:

• Full Name (as registered)
• Registered Email Address
• Contact Number
• Date and time of payment
• Reason for cancellation

Incomplete requests may result in delays or rejection. Please ensure all details are accurate.

5. Cancellation Processing Duration

Once a valid cancellation request is received, it will be processed as follows:

• Acknowledgement: You will receive a confirmation email within 4 business hours of submitting your request.
• Review: Your request will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.
• Decision: You will be notified of the outcome within 2 business days of receipt.
• Refund (if applicable): If a refund is due, it will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Effect of Cancellation

Upon successful cancellation:

• Your registration will be deactivated and removed from our system
• Access to the Trade Gold trading bot service will be revoked
• Any applicable refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy

Trade Gold reserves the right to retain anonymised data for internal analytics and compliance purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Non-Cancellable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for cancellation:

• Service has already been activated on your trading account
• The 24-hour cancellation window has expired
• Cancellation is requested due to trading losses or market performance
• Request is submitted by someone other than the registered account holder

8. Changes to This Policy

Trade Gold reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
